(TSX:IAU) (NYSE:IAUX) (“i-80, or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that further to its news release from February 02, 2023 it has entered into a revised agreement with Co-Lead Agents, to increase the size of the previously announced “best efforts” private placement offering (the “Offering”) due to strong investor demand. Pursuant to the amendment, the revised Offering will consist of US$65,000,000 principal amount of secured convertible debentures (the “Convertible Debentures”) of the Company.
