Ms. Joseph is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Ivanhoe Electric. She is a mining industry executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate, environmental and intellectual property law. Before joining Ivanhoe Electric in February of 2023, Ms. Joseph was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Nevada Copper since 2019. Prior to Nevada Copper, she served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer for Nevada-based Tahoe Resources prior to its sale to Pan American Silver. Ms. Joseph also worked in the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, representing the Division of Environmental Protection, the Division of Water Resources, and other agencies within the Department of Natural Resources. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Joseph was a director of Bunker Hill Mining Corp. until June of 2024, a director of Century Lithium Corp. until June 2023 and a director of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. until July 2022 when it was acquired by Orla Mining Ltd.
